1. How Our Products Are Shipped
Kaeso products are made to order by our trusted print-on-demand partners: Printful (goodies), Prodigi (prints) and PodPartner (apparel). This means your order is manufactured first, then shipped directly to you from one of our partners' fulfilment centres.
As a result, your delivery timeline has two stages:
Production time: the time needed to manufacture your item (1–5 business days depending on the product).
Shipping time: the time for the carrier to deliver to your address, once dispatched.
Both stages are included in the estimated delivery windows shown below.

2. Delivery Zones & Estimated Timeframes
We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery windows are provided as a guide and may vary depending on your location, the product type, and external factors such as customs clearance.

Belgium & Luxembourg 5–10 business days
Western Europe (FR, NL, DE, UK...) 7–14 business days
Rest of Europe 10–18 business days
United States & Canada 10–20 business days
Rest of the World 14–28 business days

These are estimates only. Kaeso Corp cannot guarantee delivery dates and is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or force majeure events.

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination country, the number of items, and the fulfilment partner responsible for your order. The total shipping cost will be clearly displayed before payment confirmation.
Some promotions may include free or discounted shipping — these will be indicated on the website when applicable.

4. Order Tracking
All Kaeso orders include full tracking. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing:
Your tracking number.
A direct link to the carrier's tracking page.
You can also track your order at any time via your account on the Kaeso website.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after your dispatch email is received.

5. Split Shipments
If your order contains products from multiple fulfilment partners (for example, a print from Prodigi and an item of apparel from PodPartner), your order may arrive in separate parcels, on different dates, each with its own tracking number. You will be informed of this by email.

6. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
For deliveries outside the European Union, or when a fulfilment partner ships from a non-EU country (including the United Kingdom or the United States), customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees may apply upon arrival in the destination country.
These charges are entirely the responsibility of the recipient. Kaeso Corp has no control over these fees and cannot predict or cover them.
Kaeso Corp cannot be held liable for customs delays, refused deliveries, or seized parcels.
If a parcel is refused at customs and returned to our partner, re-shipping costs will be at the customer's expense.
We strongly recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order.

7. Incorrect Address
Kaeso Corp and its fulfilment partners are not responsible for non-delivery due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer. Please double-check your address before confirming your order.
If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at kaesocorp@gmail.com. We will do our best to update the address before production begins, but we cannot guarantee this.

8. Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at kaesocorp@gmail.com within 30 days of the expected delivery date, with the following information:
Your order number.
A description of the issue.
Clear photographs of the damage (if applicable).
We will investigate with the relevant carrier and fulfilment partner and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable, in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
